Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (Miams)
A meeting to gain information about the family mediation process and consider whether it is suitable for you.
60 mins | online £100 per person
If you require court certification the fee will be £20.00.
Paperwork
Basic parenting plans and summary of proposals for child arrangements £150.00 per person.
Basic summary of proposals for financial matters £150.00 per person.
Open Summary of Financial Information £150.00 per person.
More complex matters will require more time and be costed according to the time spent to prepare. An individual estimate of the cost will be given.
Outcome letters after mediation are £30.00 per person.
Family Mediation
A meeting for you to explore the family issues that you cannot agree on. This meeting can be face to face, in person or online. We also provide mediation in separate places and the mediator will go between you. We also provide hybrid or integrated mediation, to involve your legal representation.
We recommend that mediation takes place in 90 minute sessions. The costs below are based on online mediation and there maybe additional fees for in person meetings.

90 mins I £225 per person
The fee for child inclusive mediation is £250.00 and includes a meeting with the child or children and then a feedback session with the adult family members in mediation.
In many cases we can apply for the government funded Family Mediation Voucher which will fund mediation up to £500.00, so you may not have to pay for mediation.
